Welcome to privatecheat.com. By accessing our website and purchasing our digital products or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Company Information & Nature of Service

  • privatecheat.com is a digital software and service provider operated and based in the United Kingdom (UK).
  • We provide digital content, virtual license keys, and downloadable software. All products are delivered instantly upon successful payment.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital and consumable nature of our products and intangible services, no refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances once the digital product or license key has been delivered.
  • Game updates, patches, anti-cheat software updates/modifications, system incompatibilities on the user's computer, or in-game account bans do not constitute valid grounds for a refund.
  • By completing a purchase, the user explicitly acknowledges and accepts that they waive their right of withdrawal (right to cancel) for digital goods.

3. Payment Security & Mandatory 3D Secure

  • To prevent fraud and ensure secure transactions, 3D Secure (Three-Domain Secure) authentication is strictly mandatory for all payments and payment methods on our platform.
  • Any transaction without verified 3D Secure approval will be automatically rejected. Complete transactions are deemed to have been executed with the full consent and authorization of the cardholder.
  • Any user who attempts to open an unjustified dispute, chargeback, or claim will have their account and access permanently terminated, and their details may be blacklisted across partner networks.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

  • Our software is provided "as is" and is used entirely at the user's own risk. privatecheat.com accepts no responsibility or liability for any in-game actions taken against the user, including but not limited to account suspensions, permanent bans, or hardware ID (HWID) bans.
