1. All Sales Are Final

Our products consist of instantly delivered digital content, software licenses, and virtual keys. Due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be "returned" once exposed, we enforce a strict NO-REFUND, no-return, and no-exchange policy. Once a product or license key is delivered, the transaction is complete and non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds or replacements will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Game Updates & Patches: If a game developer releases an update that temporarily disables the software or forces it into a maintenance/updating period.
• Account and Hardware Bans: Any in-game actions taken against your account, including permanent bans, temporary suspensions, or Hardware ID (HWID) bans. You use our software entirely at your own risk.
• System Incompatibilities: Failure to run the software due to your specific Windows version, third-party antivirus software, faulty drivers, or hardware limitations. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure their system meets the requirements before purchasing.
• Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want, like, or need the product after the purchase has been finalized.

3. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims

• Since 3D Secure authentication is strictly mandatory for all transactions on our platform, all completed payments are legally deemed as authorized by the rightful cardholder.
• Any attempt to open a fraudulent dispute, claim, or chargeback via your bank or payment processor will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your license keys and your privatecheat.com account. Furthermore, your details will be submitted to global fraud-prevention blacklists.
